Your creative corner.

We’re not an agency by choice. We think we’ve discovered a better way. We call it the [un]agency.

We’re a team of right brainers working together alongside those who seek marketing support ranging from simple design and layout projects to comprehensive strategic marketing and communication plans. But that’s about where the similarities stop.

[Disclaimer: We’re not disregarding the agency archetype. For some companies, it works. For others, though, it falls well short. Many companies find themselves with needs (and budgets) that fall somewhere between hiring or outsourcing a designer and engaging the full agency experience (and the expenses that come with it). That’s where we come in.]

Long before COVID-19, we discovered a better way.

Agencies are, by and large, bricks and mortar offices with desks, cubicles, conference rooms, trendy spaces, waiting areas, receptionists, account reps, and administrators all housed under one roof at respectable addresses [read: significant overhead]. Our team members work out of their own preferred creative spaces. Our team meetings are held either via video conferencing or at a good coffee house. We come to your place of business because our business is, as it should be, all about your business. While having chic work digs might fulfill some people’s zen, it also necessitates that the agency’s priority becomes building the agency rather than building your business. Our model decreases overhead substantially, thereby decreasing your costs. You’ll pay for our services, not for our lease, payroll, or utility bills.

At Creavivity, you’ll work with the team members who are working directly on your project. You will not be assigned an account manager, who more than likely will be transferring you to another account manager six months later, who transfers you to yet another account manager six months after that, who…well, you get the picture. You’re not going to shake hands with a guy or gal that signs up your company and then never takes your calls again because they’re busy servicing the larger accounts that pay the larger retainers. You’re not going to have to wonder whether you’re actually getting all the service and services that you’re paying for month after month. You will hear from us at least once a month to discuss the performance of our services, any tweaks that need to be made, and any concerns that you have along the way. If you want to have these meetings over the phone, a phone call it is. If you prefer face-to-face, we’ll meet with you live-and-in-person and even buy the coffee. Either way, at Creavivity we value relationships over retainers.

Unlike the larger agencies, your business doesn’t have to earn a minimum level of annual revenues before we’ll consider bringing you on as a client. If you want our help, you’ll have it. And if you need our ongoing services, we will agree to a monthly fee that makes sense for the work that is expected. And we don’t do ongoing, open-ended agreements that start on a certain date and continue ad infinitum until you get fed up and find another solution. Our agreements are short term, though they can be renewed if you’re happy with our services. And we’re confident you will be happy because if there have been any problems, we’ll know about it long before your agreement is up since, as already mentioned, we’re talking with you all along the way.

Whatever your needs—striking graphic design, digital or social campaigns, effective advertising, professional video projects, visitor-friendly website development, or strategic marketing plans—we will work with you to reach your goals, and never with one-size-fits-all solutions. Your business is unique. Let us help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

If you’re satisfied with your agency, carry on. If the “I know a guy” solution is able to handle all your needs, fair enough. But if you’re wondering if you could do better than what you’re currently doing and are ready to try something new, maybe it’s time to call Creavivity—the [un]agency.
