Pete Castor, Principle/Owner

Since 1992, Pete has served at various organizations as a director of marketing and communications, a vice president, a president, and a publisher. In 2007, he started Creavivity and brought all of his passion and experience under one roof to serve multiple clients with numerous services.

Pete lives in Lancaster, PA, with his wife of more than twenty years and their three children. He most enjoys reading, writing, playing music, running, kayaking, and spending time with his family. He also frequently travels to Haiti on aid and relief missions.

//  Developed 3-year strategic plan for national launch of Phil’s Friends (Roselle, IL), a cancer care and support organization (not-for-profit)

//  Created the first Institutional Marketing Strategies and Communications Plan for Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary and Graduate School

//  Designed and oversaw the development and launch of a completely new responsive-design website for LBC consisting of multiple subsites and over 400 pages

//  Won two nationally-recognized awards in one year for excellence in ad design and “Best in Category” for cover design and binding

//  Edited manuscripts, designed books (interiors, covers, layout) and box packaging, and oversaw project management for the official resource kit tied to major motion picture Left Behind, starring Nicolas Cage (2014) for Stoney Lake Entertainment

//  In a little over four years, led a brand new publisher with annual revenues under $50,000 to an industry-recognized organization with annual revenues over $1.8 million

//  Published over twenty new titles by speaker and best-selling author Josh McDowell

//  In less than four months, managed printing of over 2.7 million copies (five print runs) of a book used as part of a national campaign tied to the release of the major motion picture The Da Vinci Code, starring Tom Hanks (2006)
